Adios 2nd & 4th Amendments

I’m no NRA advocate, but “A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed.” We haven’t seen much evidence of a well-ordered militia in NO.

This little amendment would seem to be a problem too: The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized.”
